Job description
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4x10 hr shifts, 40 hrs/week)
🏥 Practice Setting: Hospital-based, Level 1 Trauma Center
đź’» Documentation: Epic EMR
👥 Supervision: ACT Care-Team model – anesthesiologists present at induction, emergence, and key case intervals
🏥 ORs: 25 Operating Rooms, Collegial team environment
⚙️ Case Volume: ~60 surgical cases daily, including trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, MRI, endoscopy, IR, EP lab
Requirements:
✔ Board Certified CRNA – REQUIRED
✔ Active State License (MI preferred) – REQUIRED
✔ Minimum 1 year Level 1 trauma experience (clearly listed on CV) – REQUIRED
✔ ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications – REQUIRED
✔ Clean background check – REQUIRED
âś” Full-time availability: 4x10 hour shifts Mon-Fri; time off must be requested upfront
