Position Highlights:

• Location: Pismo Beach, CA (Central Coast – 5 minutes from the beach!)

• Setting: Independent CRNA model at a high-volume ambulatory surgery center

• Start Date: ASAP, ideally by 9/1

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM; ~6–8 hour shifts

• Pay Rate: $240/hour

• Extras: Complimentary travel and lodging + comprehensive malpractice included

• Case Volume: ~12–15 GI cases and 4–8 outpatient surgical cases/day

• Case Types: GI (conscious sedation), with optional multidisciplinary outpatient surgery (ortho, ENT, GYN, podiatry, etc.)

• Call/Holidays/Weekends: Not required—but optional opportunities available at an adjacent non-trauma hospital

• Practice Model: CRNAs do their own cases independently (unsupervised)

Ideal Candidate:

• NBCRNA Certified

• CA License

• BLS Certified

• Comfortable working independently

• Experience with regional blocks is a plus, but not required
