Type of cases required: Ortho, GI, OB/GYN, Cataracts, General; Peds (1 yr and up)
Supervision: All CRNA practice
EMR System: Epic
Vaccination Required: Need to be vaccinated/accepting exemptions
Licenses: ACLS, PALS
-DEA/CSR (REQUIRED)
