Job description
We’re working with a well-respected facility that is seeking experienced CRNAs for full-time coverage beginning late July. Flexible scheduling is available, and providers must be available for the full contract term with minimal time off.

13-week assignment with the possibility of extension

Start date: as soon as credentialed

Schedule options: 4x10s (6:30a–5:00p) or 3x12s

40 hours/week, no call, no overtime, no holidays
-
Daily caseload includes outpatient surgery and endoscopy

Patient population: adult to geriatric

Fully supervised, care team model
-
EMR: Epic
-
Travel and lodging provided
Case Types Include:
General, Regional, GI, ENT, Ortho, Endo, Neuro (spines/heads), Robotics, Vascular, Plastics, Trauma, Urology, and more. No OB or Peds.
Requirements:

Active Arizona license (no licensing assistance offered)

BLS and ACLS required

1–3 years of experience preferred

Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, team-based OR environment
