Locum Tenens CRNA Opportunity – Full-Time – North Carolina

We are currently seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time locum opportunity at a reputable health system in North Carolina. This position offers a flexible weekday schedule, optional call, and the chance to float across multiple locations within a well-established network.

Location: Greensboro, NC
Start Date: August 25, 2025
Schedule: Full-time | 4x10s or 5x8s | Day Shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 7:00 AM–5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $195–$200/hr (provider pay)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: 1099 – Locum Tenens

Position Highlights:

• Full-time commitment required (4–5 shifts/week for 4 consecutive weeks)

• Float between multiple sites (hospital and outpatient settings)

• EPIC EMR across all locations

• Support model ranges from medical direction to medical supervision

• No call required; optional call available

• Case types: General, Ortho, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Robotics, ENDO

• No new graduates – 1–2 years of CRNA experience required

• Active North Carolina CRNA license required

Credentials & Certifications:

• CRNA Certification

• ACLS & PALS

• North Carolina License (must be active at time of submittal)

• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Facility Overview:

• Multiple sites with both inpatient and outpatient cases

• Providers must be willing to float across facilities
  

• No pediatric cases; patient population primarily 12 years and older

• Special procedures at select locations may include robotics, bariatrics, and NORA

Optional Call Coverage:

• 12-hour call: $500

• 8-hour call: $300
  (Note: Call is optional, not required)

• Overtime and holiday pay offered at 1.5x standard rate
