Job Description:

• Total Number of FTE's needed: 5 FTE
• Pertinent Facility Information: - Level 1 Trauma Center
• Job Type (daily or hourly and inclusive or non-inclusive): Hourly Inclusive
• Reason for Coverage: Locum backfills
• Other agencies working and for how long, is anyone presented/pending? None - only out to us to fill!
• Coverage Dates: July - Ongoing (as soon as credentialed)
• Shift Schedule: 5 x 8's, 4x10's or 3x12s;
Guaranteed Work Week = 36 hours
• Type of Patients/Cases: Ortho, general, plastics, trauma, hearts, heads, peds, vascular, carotids and OB.
• Patients per Day/Volume: varies
• EMR: Epic
• Support Staff: MD
• Type of Care Model (Care Team of Independent): Medical direction
• Care Team: 1:3
• APRN or RN: RN only state
• Experience Required: 2+ years CRNA experience
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum length of commitment: 2 days per week or 2 weeks per month
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
• Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): locums temps are available but will be the timeframe above. Possibility to credential faster.
• Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS
• State: PA ; Active License required
• Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license; Prefer candidates who will also credential at the other Facility (Natrona Heights, PA)
