• Pertinent Facility Information: will be privileged at a secondary location (Jefferson or one of the southern locations)
Job Type (daily or hourly and inclusive or non-inclusive): Hourly Inclusive
JOB INFORMATION:
• Coverage Dates: Full-time only; Starting ASAP - as soon as credentialed
• Shift Schedule Details & Shift Duration: 4x10's every week -- must be willing to work weekly schedule at client's discretion
***Guaranteed Work Week = 36 hours
• Is call required? no call is required.
• # of ORs : 289 beds , 12 OR's plus 8 off sites, 2 OB
• Type of Anes Model: Supervision
• Supervision ratio 1:3
• Support Staff: MD 1:3
• Case types: General ,Ortho, ENT, Neuro, Urology, GI, OB
• Do you utilize AAs? No , not in Pennsylvania
• EMR: EPIC
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum length of commitment: Full-time only strongly preferred; Will review PT candidates who are presented as a package deal
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
• Temps Available? (Requirements for temps, timeframe): locums temps are available but will be the timeframe above. Possibility to credential faster.
• Life Certifications/Qualifications required: ACLS + BLS
• Compact State: PA ; Active License strongly preferred
• Miscellaneous Information: PA Child Abuse requirement for license
