🔷 1. Saginaw, MI –Medical Center
📅 Start: Sept 1, 2025
📋 Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s | 10–12 shifts/month
💼 Cases: General, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, GI, Endo
📄 EMR: Paper
🛏️ Level II Trauma Center | 268 beds
🧾 Requirements: MI License, DEA, CSR, NBCRNA
⏳ Credentialing: ~60 days
🔷 2. Midland, MI – Night Shift
📅 Start: Sept 1 (ASAP preferred)
📋 Schedule: Full-time nights | 5 shifts/week
💼 Cases: OB/GYN, Ortho, Pain, Urology, Healthy Peds
💉 Spinals, epidurals, A-lines, central lines required (blocks preferred)
📄 EMR: EPIC
🧾 Certs: NBCRNA, ABLS, ACLS, PALS + 75 cases in last 12 months
⏳ Credentialing: ~30 days
🔷 3. Alma, MI – OB Call Required
📅 Start: Sept 12, 2025
📋 Schedule: 4x10s + OB Call
💼 Cases: OB/GYN, Ortho, Vascular, ENT, Trauma
💉 Proficient in spinals & epidurals

🧾 Requirements: MI License, ACLS, BLS, PALS

✅ 4. Traverse City, MI – Ortho/Blocks Focus
📅 Start: Sept 29, 2025
📋 Schedule: Mon–Fri 7a–3p | No Call/Weekends
💼 Cases: Ortho & joint replacements
💉 Blocks required: ISB, supraclav, popliteal, ACB, etc.

✅ 5. Coldwater, MI – All CRNA Model
📅 Start: June 10, 2025
📋 Schedule: Mon–Fri 7a–4p + Call every 4th night
💼 Cases: General, ENT, Vascular, Urology, Podiatry
