Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Hospital-Based – No Call | $210–$230/hr | Travel, Lodging & Malpractice Covered

We’re seeking a skilled and collaborative CRNA to join a high-performing anesthesia care team at a large hospital-based setting. This opportunity offers flexibility, a supportive clinical environment, and exposure to diverse surgical specialties — all within a Level 1 Trauma Center.

Whether you're looking for a short-term commitment or a longer engagement, we’re open to both 3-month and 6-month contracts, with options to extend. This is a travel-supported assignment with malpractice coverage included.

Position Highlights

• Start Date: ASAP

• Schedule: 36–40 hours/week

  • Choose from 10- or 12-hour shifts:

    • 7:00a–5:30p

    • 7:00a–7:30p

    • 9:00a–7:30p

    • 9:00a–9:30p

    • 11:00a–11:30p

  • No weekends, holidays, or call required

• Rate: $210–$230/hr

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice fully covered

Practice Environment

• Setting: Hospital-based

• Trauma Level: Level 1

• Average Daily Cases: ~100

• Operating Rooms: 50 ORs

• Documentation: EPIC EMR

• Team Model: Collaborative ACT model with physician anesthesiologists on site

• Support Staff: Collegial environment focused on teamwork and patient-centered care

Case Mix

• General surgical anesthesia (adult)

• Spinal anesthesia

• Neurosurgery

• Ventilation management

• Local infiltration anesthesia

No responsibilities for open heart, thoracic, OB, pediatric, or regional blocks. Dedicated in-house teams manage these services.

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA – required

• Active Maine license preferred, but open to candidates willing to apply

• BLS & ACLS – required

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center – required

• Clean background and malpractice history

• Must be able to accept hourly pay within rate cap parameters
