This opportunity offers a flexible part-time schedule with 4–8 shifts per month and no on-call duties. Position Highlights:

Setting: Outpatient surgical center

Schedule: 4–8 shifts/month | Weekdays only

OR days: Wednesday & Thursday (flexible)

Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Volume: 1–3 cosmetic surgery cases/day depending on complexity

Call: None
Procedures Include:

Breast augmentation & reduction
-
Abdominoplasty
-
Blepharoplasty
-
Facelift
-
Other aesthetic surgical procedures
Support Staff:

2 board-certified surgeons

1 Advanced Practice Provider

Dedicated surgical team: RNs, Surg Tech, MA
Requirements:

Board Certification (CRNA)
-
Active Iowa License or IMLC
-
At least 1 year of CRNA experience in surgical settings
Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $220–$240/hr
