An award-winning non-profit hospital and one of the nation's most integrated health systems is seeking a CRNA to join their experienced, collegial team of 6 CRNA's due to growth of a new service line:
• Flexible scheduling options considered
• Options for full-time, part-time, and 1099
• Emphasis on work-life balance and typically out by 3p or earlier
• Independent practice model (no physician oversight) with strong support including anesthesia techs and anesthesia RN's
• Epic EMR
• Varied case mix doing a bit of everything, including regionals and epidurals (training available) - no heart, no head, and no spine
• Opportunity to work with Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNA's)
Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee of $292,000, plus optional weekend call for total earning potential of $310,000+
• Signing bonus, relocation assistance, CME stipend
• $750 monthly educational stipend for new grads while completing training
