Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday - Friday 0645-1530, with some flexibility

Practice Setting: Critical Access
Patient Volume: Run 3 surgical lines a day w. 7 -12 surgeries/patients a day; 230 cases/month
Support Staff: 5 Providers, total of 4.8 FTE, plus two per diem providers
3 CRNAs on site at all times/shifts
Cases/Procedures: General anesthesia, spinal and epidurals, including thoracic and lumbar. Regional anesthesia and p nerve blocks. IV sedation, MAC. Ortho, total joints knee and hip, fractures, shoulder including total shoulder replacements. General anesthesia, laparotomies, hernia repairs, and laparoscopic procedures. Urology, OBGYN, lap hysterectomies, plastics including breast reductions, not augs, hand cases, mohs repair. Cardioversions no hearts. Outside of the OR, central lines, pic lines, midlines, intubations in ED and ICU.
