I’m supporting a short-term CRNA need in Eastern Oregon at a critical access hospital. This assignment offers a 4-day workweek with mostly outpatient cases, light call, and housing provided. Ideal for CRNAs comfortable with autonomous practice and OB exposure.

HIGHLIGHTS
• 4x10-hour shifts per week
• Short-term block: 5/4/26 – 5/29/26

SCHEDULE
• 4 days/week
• 10-hour shifts (7a–5p)
• Call: possible 1 weekday/week + 1 weekend/month
• OB proficiency required if taking call
CASE MIX
• Orthopedics • General surgery • Podiatry
• ENT • Urology • OB/GYN • Endoscopy
• Healthy pediatrics
• No heads, hearts, or spine
DEPARTMENT DETAILS
• Critical Access Hospital
• 3 ORs + cysto + endoscopy suite
• 1 MD, 4 autonomous CRNAs
• Average 5–20 cases/day
• Runs 2–4 rooms/day
• EMR: Epic
REQUIREMENTS
• Oregon CRNA license (required)
• Board Certified
• DEA preferred
• OB experience required for call
• Skills: spinals, OB, epidurals, endoscopy, peripheral nerve blocks, ultrasound-guided procedures
• COVID-19 vaccine required (or approved exemption)
