- At-home 14hr call shift: Tuesday - Friday - 17:00 - 07:00
- At-home 24hr call shift: Sat/Sun/Mon - 07:00-07:00
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative anesthesia care independently.
- Provide sedation, general anesthesia, and regional blocks, including epidurals.
- Handle cases across various disciplines such as General Surgery, Endoscopy, Podiatry, Orthopedics, Dental, and ENT.
- Care for healthy pediatric and obstetric populations.
- Participate in on-call rotations, providing coverage and managing callbacks effectively.
Additional Information
- Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with a preference for candidates who have OB/Peds experience and a background in independent practice settings.
- Must be licensed to practice in Alaska.
- Familiarity with the Epic EMR system.
