Job Detail:
Envoy, a division of Envision Healthcare, one of the nation’s leading medical management groups, is offering experienced CRNAs the opportunity to make a positive impact at this Level II Trauma Center serving 22 counties in North Florida and Southern Georgia.
Position Highlights:
- 772+ bed teaching facility
- ~56k annual cases consisting of General Surgery, Ortho, Trauma, OB, Endo, Peds, Neuro, Urology, ENT, Vascular and Robotics
- Team consists of 33 MDs/DOs & 93 CRNAs in a Care Team Model
- Weekday schedule in 8, 10 & 12hr shifts available starting at 7a. No weekends and no call
- Minimum 3-month assignment with option to extend long-term
- Must be NBCRNA Certified with active Florida CRNA licensure and current BLS/ALCS/PALS
- Competitive 1099/Independent Contractor hourly compensation paid bi-weekly
- All travel, lodging, application fees and professional malpractice with tail is covered
- Will be cross credentialed at
- Proficiency in Cerner a plus
