🏥 180-bed hospital | 11 ORs | Level 3 trauma
🗓️ Schedule: 8- or 10-hour day shifts | No call
📋 Charting: Paper (Epic coming 2026)
👥 Model: 1:4 MDA supervision
🛠️ Case Mix:
-
General surg, Neuro, OB, ENT, Ortho, Uro, Colo-Rectal, Robotic
-
Some peds, mostly adult/geriatric
-
35 cases/day avg
-
CRNAs perform A-lines, IVs, floor intubations
-
Also covers Endo, OB, Radiology, and Cardiology
✅ Requirements:
-
NBCRNA certified
-
Active MI license
-
BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred)
-
