• Team Care Model: 11 MDAs & 28 CRNAs | 10 ORs | 1:2–1:3 supervision

• EMR: EPIC

• Equipment: GE Carestation 650s

Case Types:

• 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic

• No OB required

• Pediatrics: Not required, but preferred – note interest at name clear

• GI: Strongly preferred – GI cases run Mon–Thurs (4x10s) – note interest at name clear

• Preferred skills (not required): Spinals, Neuro (spine), Complex Ortho/Vascular (except open heart)

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certified

• Active CO License – Required

• BLS – Required

• EPIC Experience
