We are seeking a Board-Certified CRNA for a 1099 locum tenens position at a hospital-based facility in Michigan. This is a high-paying, long-term opportunity with diverse case exposure and a supportive care team.
📍 Location: Michigan (specific city provided upon submission)
📅 Schedule: 8 or 10-hour shifts (daytime)
📄 Contract Type: Locum Tenens / 1099
🏥 Facility Type: 180-bed hospital | 11 ORs | Level III Trauma Center
✅ CRNA Job Details:

Average 35 surgical cases/day
-
Supervision: 1 MDA to 4 CRNAs

Paper charting (Epic coming 2026)

Out-of-OR coverage: OB, Endo, Radiology, Cardiology

Required procedures: General, OB, Neuro cases; arterial line & IV insertion preferred

Trauma level: III
-
Patient population: Primarily adult & geriatric (limited peds)
📌 Requirements:

Board Certified CRNA (AANA) – Required

Active MI License – Required

BLS & ACLS – Required | PALS – Preferred
