Option 2: Three 12/13-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Shifts vary weekly
Clinical Scope:

~25,000 anesthetics/year across 20 ORs + 4 minor procedure rooms

ACT model: 1:2 supervision (occasionally 1:3)

Specialties: General Surgery, Ortho, ENT, Neuro, GI, GYN, IR, Urology, Plastics, Vascular, EP, Endo, Dental, Ophthalmology

Support: Anesthesia techs, surgical residents, CRNAs, CAAs, MDs/DOs
Required Skills:

General Anesthesia

Regional Anesthesia (spinals)

Arterial Line Placement
Requirements:

VT License: Active Vermont license required

Board Certification: NBCRNA

Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

Experience: Strong background across a variety of anesthesia procedures; ACT model experience preferred
