Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Location: Great Falls, Montana Employment Type: Full-Time | Independent Practice Opportunity Overview An established, provider-led healthcare organization in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible CRNA to join a collaborative, independent anesthesia practice. Position Highlights Independent CRNA practice with full autonomy Experience in block skills preferred 5 inpatient ORs, 4 outpatient Surgery Center ORs, 1 Endoscopy Suite, 2 Cath Labs all on one campus Diverse case mix: Orthopedics (including spine), general surgery, robotics, endoscopy, urology, plastics, ENT, gynecology No hearts, no OB Active ERAS program and post-op pain management services Shared 1:9 call with occasional post-call days off (callbacks are infrequent) Integrated acute care facility with: 36 inpatient beds 10-bed Open ICU 8-bed busy Emergency Department staffed by experienced professionals Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package 9 weeks of PTO 401(k) with robust employer match Sign-on bonus CME allowance with dedicated time off Paid licensing and professional dues Comprehensive malpractice and tail coverage Strong team culture and emphasis on work-life balance Why Great Falls, Montana?
