Looking to practice at the top of your license in a high-acuity, collaborative environment—without the burden of on-call hours? Join a state-of-the-art Level II Trauma Center in Muskegon, Michigan, as a full-time CRNA and be part of a respected, forward-thinking Anesthesia Services Team.

🏥 What You’ll Do:

• Deliver anesthesia services across a full spectrum of complex and general cases including:

  • Orthopedic (elective + trauma)

  • GI, GYN, ENT

  • Complex vascular

  • Neurosurgery

  • Interventional & structural cardiology

  • Cardiothoracic cases

  • Healthy pediatrics

  • Robotics

• Practice in 20 ORs, plus specialized suites (cardiac, endoscopy, C-section)

• Work 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts – no call required

• Collaborate with a confident, friendly, and professional team of CRNAs and MDAs

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• $112.75/hour starting pay

• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus (for 0.5 FTE or greater with a 5-year commitment)

✅ What You’ll Need:

• NBCRNA certification (by time of start) – Required

• Michigan RN license or willingness to obtain – Required
