LOCUM CRNA *128068: Northwest, Michigan
Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Trauma level 3. 23,555 annual ER volume.
Dates/Schedule: Beginning 6/2/25 - FT for 3 months with the option to extend. CRNA must be willing to be in call rotation - 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month. Day shifts during the week would be 4x10's. Weeknight calls are from 5:30 am - 7 am and weekend calls are from 7 am - 7 am.
Case Mix: Looking for an experienced CRNA with regional block and OB experience. Must be able to administer epidurals. Additional cases consist of Ortho, general surgery, scopes, dental, and urology.
Patient Demographic: All Ages
# of Surgical Cases per day: 25
# of OR's: 5
Support Staff: 4 part-time Anesthesiologists, and 3 full-time CRNA's. No supervision. CRNA will work independently.
Active MI License: Yes
Credentialing Time Frame: 45-60 days
COVID Vaccine: Yes
Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS. Providers also must participate in MI Medicaid/CHAMPS.
