Clinic, Call, or Both:
No call
70% output; 30% input
Schedule:
Need candidate to start ASAP; likely to extend (6 months to start)
Monday - Thursday; 6:30 am - 5:00 pm
Monday - Friday; 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
4 10 hour shifts will be given priority
Full-time availability needed

Ortho
Pain Management

Vascular
Blocks preferred; not needed
Required experience, training, and certifications:
Must have experience with: spinals, epidurals, venous catheters, arterial catheters
AHA BLS
AH ACLS
AHA PALS
NBCRNA
Case Logs: 75 within the last 12 months
Consider IMLC or waiting for a license: MI License only
Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 30 days
