LOCUM CRNA *128251: Southwest, Maine
Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level I Trauma Center. Annual ER volume is around 60,000 visits per year.
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 6 months (if the provider would like to do 3 months we can) with the option to extend. The schedule is either 3x12's or 4x10's every week.
Support Staff/Supervision: The facility utilizes a medical direction billing model with a fairly collaborative practice model.

General Surgical Cases ADULT
Spinal Anesthesia
Neurosurgical Cases
Ventilation Management
Local Infiltration
Average # of surgical cases per day: 100
# of OR's: 50
Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
Active ME License: Yes
Certifications: BLS and ACLS
