LOCUM CRNA in Toledo, Ohio *Job ID: 128634
Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department.
Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC for 3-6 months with the option to extend, working 4x10's every week & rotating through a late shift 9 am - 7 pm. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.
Support Staff/Supervision: 2 Anesthesiologists, 9 CRNAs daily. Medical Direction.
# of ORs: 8
Case Mix: General, Endoscopy, Orthopedic, Urology, ENT. No OB, no hearts, and few ENT peds cases.
Avg # of cases per day: 30-40 cases daily for the team
Active Michigan License: Preferred, but can license while credentialing simultaneously
Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
