Locum CRNA *122010: South, Alaska
Specialty: CRNA
Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient. Trauma level 4 facility.
Dates/Coverage Needed: End of June - FT for 3 months with the option to extend. The desired schedule is 5x8's, Monday-Friday. There are no weekends, no calls, no nights, no holidays.
Case Mix: Ortho, Head Spine, OB, Peds, Regional, & Thoracic. No Neuro and no Cardiac.
Support Staff/Supervision: CRNAs work independently
Credentialing Time-Frame: 45 days
Active AK License
Certifications: ACLS
Flight/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: Yes
