Barton Associates is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position at a Multi-Specialty Clinic in Indiana. This 30-day assignment begins on 07/01/2025, with potential for extension. The CRNA will work Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, providing anesthesia services in two different GI labs. The role involves working with outpatient gastro and colon cases in one lab, and handling a variety of specialty GI procedures including pulmonary, ERCPs, and endoscopies in the other. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with simple clinic work and proficient in using Epic EMR.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide anesthesia services in two different GI labs
• Manage anesthesia for outpatient gastro and colon cases
• Administer anesthesia for specialty GI procedures including pulmonary, ERCPs, and endoscopies
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs during procedures
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient management and record-keeping
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of anesthesia services
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices
Additional Information:
• Must be licensed as a CRNA in Indiana
• Experience with GI procedures and outpatient anesthesia required
• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills essential
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment
