CRNA Locums Job in Jasper, Indiana
Dates of Assignment: December 3-5, December 8-12, December 15-17 x2, December 18, December 21, December 23, December 24 x3, December 26, December 29-31 x2, January 1, January 2 x2, January an 3-4, January 6-9, January 13-14, January 16, January 18, February 2-6 x2, February 9-13 x2, February 16-20 x2, February 23-27 x2, ongoing x2 through mid March + ongoing dates throughout 2026
- Active Indiana license required
- Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm / Call hours: 3pm - 7am (secondary)
- Call is at least once a week (secondary call from home)
- Cases required: General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB
- EMR: EPIC
- 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background/history/active license
