Looking for a CRNA, with recent anesthesia experience
Accepts any unrestricted state license and requires BLS, ACLS and a clean background
Duties include anesthesia pre-op, operative and post-operative care
630am-3pm, M-F, with shared call from 3pm-12am and 12am-630am to include evenings, weekends and holidays (rarely called back in)
On-call must be available within 15 minutes via phone and onsite within 30 minutes for emergency airway management and emergent OR needs
Start would be based on time for award, acceptance and credentialing
Contract will go through September 30, 2025, plus possible annual extensions through September 2029
