- Schedule: 7am-3pm, call is 3p-7a, 24hr weekend call
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- 8 ORs and 2 Endos
- Beds: 179 total
- Cases: Ortho, General, Dental, ENT, Gyn, Urology, Some Vascular, Endo, Labor, C sections
- Support Staff: 1:4 MD Ratio
- EMR: Epic
- Requirements: WV License, BC/BE
- Credentialing: 90 Days
