• Located in Minneapolis, MN, this "Top 100" Hospital is renowned for its ongoing commitment to innovation & providing the highest quality of care
• Zero call requirements
• Numerous scheduling options, offering both flexibility AND reliability: pick your preferred work pattern & know exactly when your shifts will be, even years in advance. We even have a full-time pattern that offers 200+ days off annually!
• Excellent variety of cases: Ortho, Neuro, CV, robotics, ENT, Uro, IR, Gen Surg, OB (no Peds) | Level III Trauma, no burn unit
• In the words of a current CRNA: "There's a sweet spot between "bored" and "burnt out" -the reason why I stay here is it's right in the ideal middle. I get to do cases that make me think critically & are mentally stimulating - but it's balanced out with plenty of straightforward cases too."
• Highly competitive compensation: base salary of $260-280K, plus additional lucrative earnings available
• Up to $80K+ in signing incentives, training stipend & relocation support
• 32-37 days of PTO & 5 days' CME
