- Other Details: The facility is seeking four full-time CRNAs to join a growing anesthesia team at a Level I Trauma Center with 1,100 beds, beginning July 1, 2025. This high-priority opportunity is open only to non-local candidates who hold an active Ohio license (IMLC not accepted). The practice model is supervision, and CRNAs will not work solo, take call, or cover OB cases. Candidates must have at least one year of experience; board certification or eligibility is accepted, and a CSR license and DEA are required. The hospital is offering four shift options: two positions for Mon–Fri 7a–3p, one for Mon–Fri 7a–5p, and one for Mon–Fri 7a–7p, with the flexibility of considering candidates available for a minimum of two weeks per month. The scope includes general surgery, orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, GYN, and approximately 10% pediatrics, with case volumes ranging from 4 to 15 per day depending on type. This role offers an excellent opportunity for CRNAs seeking consistent daytime work in a supportive, high-acuity hospital environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Administer anesthetics and monitor patients throughout procedures
- Work collaboratively with supervising anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
- Comply with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Perform peripheral nerve blocks (confirmation pending)
- Deliver high-quality patient care without night or weekend call responsibilities
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology
- Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience
- DEA and CSR licenses required
- Must reside outside the state of Ohio
- Able to obtain hospital privileges (full or temporary)
Working Hours
- Full-time positions available with the following shift options:
- 2 CRNAs: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 1 CRNA: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1 CRNA: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Open to flexible scheduling: 1–2 weeks on/off or minimum of 2 weeks per month
- No night or weekend call
- Estimated 40 shifts per month
