• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Facility Location: Augusta, Maine
• Service Setting: Inpatient
• Coverage Period: Potential for a long term contract
• Contract Start Date: 6/1/2025
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Shift Schedule: FTE, 40 hours/week, 6:30am-3:00pm
• Call Schedule: 3pm-12am and 12am-6:30am (Specific days to be confirmed)
• Call Type: TBC

• Call Response Time: Provider must be available within 15 minutes by phone and on-site within 30 minutes.

Requirements:
• Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S territory
• BC/BE
• Master’s degree from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• BLS
• ACLS
• DEA License
• Minimum of 1 year recent direct patient care experience as a CRNA
Please note: CRNAs who have current, full and unrestricted licenses in one or more states, but who have, or ever had, a license restricted, suspended, revoked, voluntarily revoked, voluntarily surrendered pending action or denied upon application will not be considered for the purposes of this contract.
