SCHEDULE :

• 4 Fulltime positions
• 2 for Mon-Fri 7a-3p
• 1 for Mon-Fri 7a-5p
• 1 for Mon- Fri 7a-7p

Coverage Need Details :

• They will only consider candidates who DO NOT live in Ohio. No local candidates.
• Must have a active Ohio license, will not accept IMCL.

• Practice Model: Independent, supervision, or direction Supervision
• Types of Cases? Orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, GYN
• Schedule:
  • Open to a 1-2 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off schedule or strictly looking for full-time candidates I’m open to this. CRNAs wouldn’t have any level of nights or weekend responsibilities.
• What is the minimum number of shifts per month a provider would need to offer to be submitted if you are not strictly looking for full-time candidates? Minimum of two weeks per month
• OB Coverage? No
• Pediatric Cases %? Yes, about 10%
• Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Required for CRNAs? I’m not 100% sure but I’ll find out
• Case Volume: Per provider per day? Variable based on case type 4-15
• Duration of Need? Until full time providers can be recruited
• Travel Allowed: Will you consider someone that needs flight? Hotel? Rental car? Would prefer local to but would consider travel
• Licensing: Will you consider someone that has an IMLC or NLC letter in hand or must have an active OH license to be presented? Must Active Ohio license
• Night Call and Weekend Call: Average callback volume for nights and for weekends for the physicians? Minimal
