Our client, a community-owned and operated facility is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our dynamic anesthesia team. Position Highlights:
Nocturnist CRNA Opportunity (7PM – 7AM) or Day Shift (7AM - 7PM)

Work a 2-weeks-on / 2-weeks-off or 1-week-on / 1-week-off schedule.

In-house coverage only — no home call.

Overnight cases primarily include OB (approx. 900 deliveries/year, ~40% with epidurals), emergency, and urgent GI.

Low overnight volume, high clinical autonomy, and strong anesthesiologist support for call backup.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $315K – $378K (DOE)

Sign-On Bonus: $40,000

Annual Retention Bonus: $15,000

Performance Incentive: $5,000

CME Allowance: $5,000

Temporary Housing: 90 days provided for relocating providers

Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Master’s degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.

Active CRNA certification (NBCRNA) and a valid or temporary Alaska RN license.

ACLS certification.

Doctorate preferred, but not required.

Recent acute care CRNA experience preferred.
