- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. The facility is seeking a provider for a weekly full-time commitment of 36–40 hours, with flexibility to accommodate various shift lengths (8, 10, or 12 hours). There are no night shifts or call requirements, but the provider must be available to work one weekend shift per month.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
- Ensure quality care and patient safety during all clinical hours
Qualifications
- Ability to work one weekend shift per month
- Compliance with facility credentialing and onboarding processes
