EMR: Meditech / Paper
Types of cases: GU, GYN, General, Ortho, Spine, ENT, GI, Light vascular (No head or hearts), ENDO procedures.
Supervision or Medical Direction or Autonomous (if CRNA job): Medical Direction
# Of ORs: 9
# MD’s and # CRNA’s in practice: 10 MD and 17 CRNA
