- Rate: Industry competitive and negotiable
- Facility: Level 3 Trauma
- Care Team Model: Medically supervised
- Case Mix: ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, podiatry, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular
- Coverage:
- Days
- 3 x12s, or 4 x 10s
- Nights
- 12-hour shift
- 3-5 nights per week
- Days
- Call: N/A
- EMR System: EPIC
- Certification: NBCRNA
- License: Active Washington upon presentation; IMLC
- Life Certifications: ACLS, BLS
