- Other Details: The facility is seeking a Locums-to-Perm CRNA for a small rural hospital (99 beds) in OH. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 4x10s per week with a 7 AM start. Initially, a three-month block will be required before transitioning to a permanent role. CRNAs are expected to work independently but will have 24/7 supervision and support from anesthesiologists, OR staff, and Pre/Post-Op teams. The role involves bread-and-butter cases with no heads, hearts, or trauma; pediatric ENT cases only, and occasional OB cases requiring epidurals. Patient volume includes 5-6 starts per day, with an age distribution of 85% adults, 10% OB (epidurals only), 3% adolescents, and 2% children aged 3-5 for ENT procedures. A COVID-19 vaccine is required, with medical or religious exemptions allowed.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric ENT and occasional OB cases (epidurals only)
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, OR staff, and Pre/Post-Op teams
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care
- Manage 5–6 surgical starts per day across various age groups
- Comply with hospital protocols, including COVID-19 policies
Qualifications
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions accepted)
- Prior experience in a rural or independent setting preferred
- Comfortable handling a wide age range of patients
Working Hours
- Initial three-month locum block required before transitioning to perm
- On-site coverage only; no call
