🔹 Location: Arizona
🔹 Facility Type: Hospital
🔹 Dates Needed:
- May 23, 2025 | 7 AM – 3 PM
- July 3, 2025 | 7 AM – 3 PM
- July 7-11, 2025 | 7 AM – 3 PM
🔹 Daily Volume: 50-60 cases per day
🔹 EMR: Cerner & SaAnesthesia
🔹 Credentialing: ~30 days
🔹 Interview: Phone interview
Case Mix & Work Environment:
🏥 Department Covers:
✔ Ortho & Ortho Trauma
✔ General & General Trauma
✔ Spine & Neuro
✔ Cath Lab, Ambulatory, & Endo
🏥 OR Setup:
✔ 11 ORs in the Main Hospital
✔ 2 ORs in the Ambulatory Center
Requirements:
✅ Board-Certified CRNA
✅ Active Arizona License (Required to Present)
✅ ACLS Certification
✅ Minimum 1 Year Experience

Job Responsibilities
👩⚕️ CRNAs follow medical direction from anesthesiologists
👶 OB Coverage: Anesthesiologists handle Labor & Delivery, but CRNAs may assist in elective or urgent C-sections with an anesthesiologist
