- 1099 Independent Contractor position.
- Type of cases include General Surgery, ENT, Neuro, Vascular, GU, Gyn, OB, Ortho, Thoracic, Plastics, Peds
- Majority Case Type: General, Neuro, GU
- Required Procedures: Spinals, Epidurals
- Average Monthly cases: 2500
- EMR: Cerner
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have active Florida license
