- MI License: Required (IMLC not accepted)
- NBCRNA Certification: Required (New grads welcome)
- BLS & ACLS Certification: Required
- Clean Background/No Malpractice: Required for quick credentialing
- Local (drive-in) providers only: Required, no exceptions
