Start Date : ASAP ; End Date : Ongoing
Coverage Type : No Call
SCHEDULE :
- M-F 8 hour shifts 7a-3:30p
Coverage Need Details :
- M-F 8 hour shifts 7a-3:30p
- Need 2-3 CRNAs daily
- Typical Day: Running 4 rooms often times until 1500
- Bread and Butter and general cases; OB, ortho, podiatry, endo as needed, urology. No hearts or neuro.
REQUIREMENTS :
- DEA Required? : Yes
- State Licensure : IL
- CSR License Required? : Yes
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ACLS;BLS
Minimum Board Certification: BC/BE
EMR System: EPIC
