JOB OVERVIEW

SCHEDULE
• Coverage Type: Scheduled (No Call)
• Shift Description: Day, Night, Weekend shifts
• Shift Details: Flexible 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts (Monday
- Friday, as well as Saturday and Sunday shifts)
CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS
• Credentialing Timeline: 90-120 days
• References: Over the past 5 years
• Active CT License or Willing to obtain
• DEA
WORK DETAILS
• Trauma Level: Community Hospital (applying for Level 3 trauma designation)
• NICU Level: Level 2 NICU
• Case Types: Bread and butter cases including:
- Orthopedics, Podiatry, Surgery
- Plastics, Ophthalmology
- Vascular (open and in cath lab)
- Excludes complicated brain, thoracic, open heart, or high-risk OB cases
- Healthy pediatric patients only
SUPERVISION MODEL
• Directed supervision with a 3:1 model
