We are seeking a Permanent CRNA in Iowa.
Permanent CRNA
Position Type: Permanent

Location: Mason City, IA
Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Full-time, Day Shift (Flexible scheduling with occasional on-call requirements)
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: N/A
Position Details:
• Patient Population: General, limited peds
• Setting: 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital
• Responsibilities: Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC). Provide anesthesia care for a wide variety of surgical procedures, excluding transplants. Participate in nerve blocks and support OB, Cath Lab, and ED procedures.
• Required Procedures: General anesthesia, regional anesthesia, nerve blocks, and MAC.
• EMR System: Not specified
• Support Staff: Full support from local Anesthesiology private group, physicians before, during, and after procedures.
• Days Per Month: Full-time,
• On-Call/Weekends: 1:4 on-call schedule, 1 weekend per month
Submission Requirements:
• Board Certified CRNA NBCRNA (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• IA license in hand - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) – REQUIRED
• CRNA experience – PREFERRED
Compensation and Benefits:
• Total Compensation Package: Up to $335,000 (includes loan repayment of $30K and sign-on bonus of $40K)
• PTO: 34 days/year
• CME Allowance: $3,000
• Extra Pay for Extra Work
• Employer-paid malpractice and tail insurance
• Health, Dental, Life Insurance, Vision, Legal
• Short/Long-Term Disability
• Retirement Plans: 2 plans available
