Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent | CRNA – Anesthesia

Overview

Exciting opportunity for a Board-Certified CRNA to join a leading Ambulatory Surgery Center in Royal Oak, MI. Work in a supportive and collaborative environment with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Practice Highlights

  • Outpatient role at an Ambulatory Surgery Center

  • Mix of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (option to transition to longer shifts if desired)

  • No call or weekend shifts

  • EPIC EMR system

  • Opportunity to work across multiple ambulatory sites if required

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – REQUIRED

  • Active Michigan licenses – Nursing & Specialty (must be in hand, NO exceptions)

  • At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (not including RN or training) – REQUIRED

  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS – REQUIRED (or willing to obtain)

  • DEA & CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED

  • Up-to-date COVID & Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain by start) – REQUIRED

  • Clean malpractice & license history – REQUIRED

  • Not accepting 1099 or Locums candidates

  • Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

  • Completion of an Accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program required

Schedule & Coverage

  • Start Date: ASAP (credentialing may take up to 90 days)

  • Average patient volume varies

  • Work primarily in OR setting, may include Radiology, ICU, ER, or other hospital areas as needed

  • Frequent walking, bending, lifting required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $238,368 ($114.60/hour)

  • $20,000 Starting Bonus
