Practice Highlights

• Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center setting

• Varied day shifts + limited weekend coverage

• Minimal call responsibilities

• Average patient load: Varies across cases

• Collaborative practice with anesthesiologists and surgical teams

• EMR: EPIC

• Travel to other ambulatory sites may be required

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) – REQUIRED

• Active MI Nursing & Specialty License – REQUIRED (must have in-hand)

• At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (post-training) – REQUIRED

• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or willing to obtain)

• DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)

• Up-to-date COVID & Flu vaccinations (or willing to obtain by start)

• Clean malpractice and license history

• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates

• Not accepting 1099 or Locum candidates

• Not accepting new graduates

Schedule & Coverage

• Full-time permanent position

• Day shifts with occasional weekend shifts

• Minimal call

• Credentialing process: up to 90 days

• All offers contingent on successful credentialing/privileging

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Compensation: $238,368 annually (~$114.60/hr)

• Starting Bonus: $20,000
