Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Royal Oak, MI!

We are seeking full-time CRNAs to join our dynamic team in Royal Oak, a vibrant suburb of Detroit known for its thriving restaurants, nightlife, and the famous Detroit Zoo. Job Responsibilities:

  • Administers anesthetics to patients of all ages during surgical procedures.
  • Conducts pre-anesthetic assessments and collaborates with the surgical team for optimal care.
  • Provides leadership and supports the professional development of colleagues.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of all anesthesia care and patient interactions.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives and promotes a healthy work environment.
  • Offers education and mentorship to staff, patients, and families.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant standards and guidelines in anesthesia practice.
  • Willing to travel to other ambulatory sites as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA).
  • At least 2 years of CRNA work experience (excluding RN or training).
  • Active Nursing and Specialty Licenses in Michigan.
  • Up-to-date certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
  • Clean malpractice and license history.
  • Willingness to maintain current certifications and participate in ongoing education.

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Active Michigan Nursing License and Specialty License.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a CRNA (not including RN or training).
  • Updated COVID-19 and annual flu vaccinations or willingness to obtain them.
  • DEA and CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to starting.
  • Must maintain certification status and complete a health screening per policy.
