Position Type: Locum Tenens 1099
Position Details
- Location: Clinton, Iowa
- Dates most needed:
- January 2-3
- January 6-10
- Ongoing coverage through 2025
- CRNAs work independently
- Adult & Pediatric experience required
- EMR: Cerner
- Facility will reimburse for travel and housing
- Credentialing:
- Active IA license: credentialing in as little as 2 weeks
- Not licensed: credentialing takes 6-8 weeks
Travel & Housing Details:
- Flights: $650 (round trip, no upgrades)
- Lodging: $120/night (including taxes)
- Rental Car: $50/day (basic economy car)
- Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS standard rate if driving personal vehicle
Submission Requirements:
- NBCRNA Certification - Required
- BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification - Required
- Adult & Pediatric Experience - Required
- Active Iowa License - Required or willing to obtain.
- Comfortable working independently (no recent employment gaps over 12 months.
