- AZ license
- Starts ASAP - ongoing
- 12-hour shifts
- Can be day or night shifts
- Will only consider Providers who will cover OB shifts (days, nights, and weekends)
- Will cover both OB and main OR
- Supervision
- 30-day credential
- EMR: EPIC
